Yes! Ensar's core features — prayer times, Qibla finder, dhikr counter, habit tracking, and the Islamic library — are completely free. We offer an optional Ensar+ subscription that unlocks premium features like the AI Assistant and advanced insights.
Ensar is available for iPhone and iPad running iOS 16 or later. It also includes home screen widgets and Live Activities for quick access to prayer times.
Ensar uses established astronomical algorithms to calculate prayer times based on your location. You can choose from multiple calculation methods (e.g., ISNA, MWL, Egyptian General Authority) in Settings. We recommend verifying times with your local mosque for Fajr and Isha.
Yes! You can set individual notification reminders for each prayer (Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, Isha) with customizable timing — for example, 15 minutes before or at the exact time.
Ensar uses your device's compass and GPS location to calculate the exact direction to the Kaaba. We also offer an AR mode that overlays the Qibla direction on your camera view for easy alignment.
Ensar+ gives you access to the AI Assistant with source-aware responses, advanced habit insights, premium library content, and additional customization options. It's available as a monthly or yearly subscription.
You can cancel your Ensar+ subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings: go to iPhone Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Ensar. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
No. Analytics are completely opt-in — you choose whether to share anonymous usage data. Your prayer data, habits, and personal preferences are stored locally on your device. We don't sell or share your data with anyone.
Yes! Core features like prayer times, Qibla compass, dhikr counter, habit tracking, and the library work fully offline. Only the AI Assistant and optional cloud sync require an internet connection.
Ensar currently supports English, Turkish (Türkçe), and Arabic (العربية). We're continuously working on adding more languages based on community feedback.
Absolutely. In Settings → Privacy, you can export all your data as a file or completely clear all local data. You also have separate controls for clearing AI assistant history.
